Be Happy, Don’t Worry

Now you’re thinking easier said than done, right?

Fantango and his question got me thinking about my stress, and what I do about it!

Before I write about stress lets define it.
Stress can be defined as "any type of change that causes physical, emotional, or psychological strain. Stress is your body's response to anything that requires attention or action." 
My solution, and I mean solution, don't laugh until you try it!

The first step is to say a prayer and trust God. My husband, now deceased, would say, let's do it if there is something we could do. If there is nothing we can do, stop thinking about it and let God do it. 
Second, after you do the above, do this:

Below are a few of my stress relievers it really works and it is so easy anyone can do it, if you can doodle you can do this:   One thought take a child's coloring book and fill it in with doodles.
