The Angry Rock #writephoto

The Angry Rock

An Angry Rock was sitting there all alone, and I wondered how did it get there?  How does anything or anyone get where we are?  I thought.

It all began one fine afternoon, exploring while on a needed respite from work. I came across a path, a little rough, enough to be thankful for the hiking boots I wore. As I hiked closer to this towering boulder, my curiosity stirred my imagination; I hoped it would not choose this time to wobble as I so desired to see what was on the other side of the bending road ahead.

As I got under the dark statue-like figure above, it appeared to have a face, shouting, “Who goes there?” Do I dare to continue?

Would you?

Meaning of the color PURPLE, & LIFE

Immediately when viewing this photo, I was reminded of not only the path pictured here and how it is “life” itself—our journey to our goal, heaven.

The violet/purple flowers also are symbolic. One of the colors of the rainbow but also the meaning of the color itself.  Violet– The last glow of the rainbow is a mix of red and blue. It is considered the highest element of spirituality.

The path surrounded by purple/violet flowers, the color, meaning those who seek the purpose of life again our pathway. The color itself represents royalty, which is why in the Bible, we see the soldiers put on His body, (Jesus Christ)  to mock Him, a purple robe. Why because purple/violet again representing — Priesthood, Kingship, Royalty, mediator, wealth.

In my opinion, this photo speaks of life, the path, the flowers, the colors. Our experience as the path is broader at the beginning and gets narrower as we travel along, a life of happiness but sorrow too!

Dark tones of violet are associated with sorrow. Deeper shades of violet or purple denote high spiritual mastery.
