My Truth and One Meatball song

Thanks to Melanie B Cee for the inspiration, questions/prompt

She asks

If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates? If you don’t think Heaven nor God exists, you might want to answer by saying something outrageous, just for fun!
Anyone reading my posts here knows that I believe that God exists along with Heaven, Hell, Limbo, and Purgatory.   After “time” is no longer, I think that there will only be Heaven and Hell. If I should be so graced, I imagine St. Peter might say; “you had us worried a few times, but you made it.’

The lowest depth of misery would be if I don’t make it; spending eternity among others surrounded by hate, since there is no love in Hell, whatsoever.

What do you think about when you’re alone in your car?
Arriving at my destination without causing an accident, and that’s the truth.

How would you rate your memory?
For my age, I think my memory is about average, except when I can’t find where I put my keys. It always happens when I am in a hurry.

What’s one song that always cheers you up, no matter how blue you’re feeling?

I have two of them guaranteed to make you smile.  Hope you will give a listen, your kids if you have any at home will also LOL!

Caution Slippery when wet—Ragtag

Ragtag Daily Prompt / RDP

Life is treacherous and slippery, know this fact. Also, remember that God is our friend, not our enemy.
If we are to have a chance at heaven, we must run the risk of hell. God’s eternal knowledge does not destroy our freedom.  He is God and we are His creatures, humans with an immortal soul; we can win heaven, the divine life with Him forever, or we can start our hell right here on earth with wrong choices.
Love of God is never forced, He created us all free, our love for Him is given freely, love is a gift. St. Thomas says, “slamming the door on His love, we open the door to His justice.”
Don’t SLIP up! Start with prayer, which is merely talking to God, essential to ask Him for forgiveness and help not to slip up again.

There is no saint without a past, and no sinner without a future.

DANCE with the devil

Have you ever wondered why when we read the lives of the early Christians and Saints, how God spoke directly to them, while today Heaven is so silent? Or like Thomas, a Kempis said, “The grace of God is not communicated to the worldly-minded.” Perhaps it was because without today’s discoveries they were able to HEAR Him.

People today dance with the devil, Internet, cell phones, smartphones, iPhones, Nintendo Wii, Xbox, play stations, iPad, Facebook and snapchat, apps for all ages, androids of every kind, headphones or earpieces destroying developing brains; these are the important things, of today.

DidI

God tries to speak to us, but bedazzlement and blindness take over our senses, and we walk in darkness. Without realizing it, we deliberately block His Voice because we prefer anarchy instead of the song of silence. We begin to believe we will live forever, and neither God nor the devil exists. Our youth today is re-wired.
Teens have become brain-dead androids themselves with new noise that interferes with thoughts of their purpose in life. We say we are Christian but do any of us seriously take the time to consider how our sins have nailed Him to that Cross. God is so easy to forget when garbage constantly and presently is fed into our thoughts night and day. Every few months a new item is on the market, and of course, young adults and children have to have the hottest brand or else their life is over, so it seems.

Many or most young people cannot hear God calling them to their vocation; their ears are stopped up with the music of the world indoctrinating their minds with sex, drugs, and anger.

This world of ours comes to an end the moment we take our last breath. We can’t change our will because it is set at that moment forever. If it was the noise, distractions, and chaos, we desired in life, why would we suddenly in eternity want harmony, peace, and love of God?

A Horror Story

MaryMagdalen

Make no mistake about it, when God created THE EVERYTHING, the world was perfect; Adam and Eve were immaculate. Before the first sin, it was as close to heaven on earth as we can imagine.

THE HORROR OF SIN!
Then one day as we have learned, one crime against God resulted in destruction. Everything God created suffered from that one sin. Only ONE! That thought alone should make us realize the horror of offending God. Remember too, that pride comes before the fall, as it happened to the fallen angels. Let’s continue with the story.

How the fallen angels must have rejoiced seeing that one sin of Adam and Eve. It reminded them of their evil deed. “hee hee,” they laughed and rejoiced. Laughed because as the saying “Misery loves company” is proven for the first time.

Let’s step back now before the fall of the angels and ask why did they fall? Could it be the All-Knowing God reveals to the angel’s certain truths beforehand?
Perhaps He did! Consider that God allowed the angels to know His plan for creation, one point, that angels would be higher than humans in the hierarchy.

“Good,” they thought!

Here comes that pride before the fall of the angels.

“Of course we are greater than those humans, look at our intelligence and beauty.”

They may have spoken words like this to each other if we dare to imagine.

“These insignificant humans who are so lowly, and You Master are willing to take on flesh, and from a woman yet, to become one of them.”

And with that, the great battle of which they fell, down, down they fell.

“A woman shall crush thy head.” (Genesis 3;15)

God the Father has willed to be appeased by the blood of His only begotten Son because of this one sin of Adam and Eve. To repair our legacy, remove original sin, and help our now fallen nature.
But, why? Why would God Almighty take on flesh, suffer so much and lower Himself to become like one of His creatures? Have you ever really examined your thoughts as to why?

Jesus is our Saviour, but what does He need to save us from?

He desires to save us from an eternity of HATE! An absence of God forever, no turning back. Hell must be very sorrowful a place, and God must love us very much to endure such excruciating pains, which by the very word excruciating comes from another word meaning Crucifixion.
