Below please find a few words to add to the new glossary; words to conform with the New Order of things. The New World Order, they call it.
“Misinformation” today means anything Democrats don’t like.
“Racist” means today anything said, the Democrats disagree.
“He or she” is illegal pronouns today because the liberals say so!
“Censorship” is anything that infringes on their rights.
“Offended” means hurry unfriend them sooner than later.
There are also a few new words not in the dictionary, such as
“Antifa” – “vax”!
“Meltdown”; oops, I’m at my 99 words; see picture below for definition.
A story, perhaps not fiction, I wonder! Friday Fictioneers, hosted by Rochelle. Na’ama Yehuda contributed this week’s photo seen below.
One day looking through a collection of postcards, I found the Statue of Liberty card, which brought childhood memories of happier years long past. The security, that gift from France, meant so much! A famous landmark was representing freedom. As they continue to change history, the children in school today will no longer read truth or wonder! Those in "power" have introduced living in fear instead. Control; it's happening; we see unfair treatment by those in authority — tyranny instead of freedom promoting fear instead of security. However, America is still the best place to be. God bless the U.S.A.
My post today is combining two inspirations from our popular Marsha Always Write and dVerse introduction with Verse Epistle (poetic letter;} my letter can be read near the bottom of this post, you can’t miss!
Quotes on family
“The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched – they must be felt with the heart.” -Helen Keller
“with your family in the beautiful land of life!” -Albert Einstein
There are evil people today who want to destroy the family. We must not allow their narrative to rule. You know who and what they are!
Families are gifts from God, a mother, father, and if God blessed you with little ones, take care of their souls and bodies. Perhaps it was God’s blessings and His will that a loving couple adopts.
Four adopted grandchildren are a vital force within my family. I love them, and they, in turn, give love. I often wonder what life would be without them for all of us.
From the Bible, we read in Mark chapter 10, verse 6:
“But from the beginning of the creation, God made them male and female. For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother; and shall cleave to his wife. And they two shall be in one flesh. Therefore now they are not two, but one flesh.”
Below I am inspired by dVerse suggestion to write a poetic letter; my attempt at the Verse Epistle
Letter to God, Dear Master, did I ever thank you for my family? Whatever would I do without this gift from you? It is true they keep me quite busily. My mother would often say when children are young, they step on your toes; when older, they step on your heart. Isn't that what we all do to you? Did I ever say sorry? Thank you for another day, an opportunity to say just that. How sorry I am for having offended you. Of all the gifts you have blessed me, is my family defined as LOVE, the greatest gift of all. Thank you, I can't say that enough; I am so grateful. Continue pouring down your grace on this world, never give up on us, PLEASE! With returning love, Just me again!
My letter above in poetic form below
Mom's words I remember well Wise in what she wanted to tell Family steps on toes and hearts I, too, like a child, offended you Isn't that what we all do? Thank you for another day Did I ever say sorry dear Lord? Today together in needful accord. Sorry always for offending you This greatest gift of Love you gave Even when I misbehave My family, my treasure all from you One more thing before I end Continue; your grace we depend Never give up, trusting you !
I wonder why! Don’t you?
Who is the real party of hate?
Who incites others to harass?
Harass those who want Free Speach.
Harass Trump supporters or worse?
Laugh and approve as hatefuls pose
with a severed head of the President?
Boo, Hoo, and wah-wah they cry mommy,
all the way home! You poor little dears.
Although it feels AND WE are in that ship! Remember!
Remember a story; Matthew 8;24
It is written: “And behold a great tempest arose in the sea, so that the boat was covered with waves, but He was asleep. And they came to Him, and awaked Him, saying: Lord, save us, we perish.
And Jesus saith to them: Why are you fearful, O ye of little faith?
Our day is coming and sooner than you may believe.
Poets here on WordPress who will be the winner? Don’t forget it has to be funny!
Thought I would practice writing a Limerick so here below is my take on a practice Limerick; Practice makes perfect. Your turn!
Every hour this male thrived on power
Although he lacked the brainpower
Some called him sleepy
That seemed quite creepy
Believed he wore a mask taking a shower
Over on my sidebar there is a quote that inspired me today. Together with a prompt word SWITCH not to mention Mindlovemiserysmenagerie below.
“Right is right even if no one is doing it; wrong is wrong even if everyone is doing it.”
First time for me with the explanation below through the inspiration of Mindlovemiserysmenagerie Poetry known as Vers Beacoup.
The Vers Beaucoup, a poem created by Curt Mongold, is French for “many rhymes.” Each stanza consists of four lines with a rhyming word scheme of:
My creative verse below rhyming scheme as above with three stanza of three groups
If you get the ITCH to SWITCH, that’s RICH
Don’t DITCH! WOW, do it NOW by golly
Take that VOW! Plan AHEAD, use your HEAD
Before your DEAD! WRITE what’s RIGHT!
Don’t FRIGHT; we UNITE for the FIGHT
Be a KNIGHT! READ now let’s LEAD —
WEED out evil! Pull the PLUG rid that THUG
So very SMUG! GAIN hope to DRAIN!
It’s DEEP don’t fall ASLEEP, WEEP for
The SHEEP! An ARRAY of truth we PRAY
TODAY. To set us FREE we can all AGREE
With GLEE! Soon to sing the LATE Deep STATE!
Today’s prompt: Write a piece of prose or poetry that ends with in the end, we were just a moment.
Another interesting prompt with the introduction of a new word, at least in My vocabulary of words is: Honeyfuggle
At first, back in the day, living in Chicago, where everyone was a Democrat, and I thought it was good. It was right back in the 40s-50s and earlier still before my time. As time went on, I witnessed a departure from everything sacred to me. Yet, they still were able to honeyfuggle me! With the fake media, the people of lies. Today, my prayer is not that you who are still deceived will find the Truth, but that the Truth will find you. Now looking back to my life in Chicago, I realize! In the end, we were just a moment!
Wednesday 1Liner and an opportunity to offer CNN
A Pay Back with my meme. Enjoy!
Thanks to Linda for the opportunity!
I have had ENOUGH of this social nonsense.
Enough of this talk; Denounce A Wall here but praise A Wall there as in Seattle’s Chop or whatever it is today.
Oppose a rally, as not safe yet, defend a protest safe as can be.
Uses Liberty to destroy Liberty.
The killing of free speech; by the squishing conservative address.
What a bunch of cry babies can’t stand to hear the other side, or is it they don’t want people to wake up and think.
The MANIA today is the word RACIST; in other words, color. I notice those who use that term are the real racist, that is their excuse for their own mistakes of life-styles, and now consequences they suffer for their own bad choices. Poor me! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, time to get your act together, stop looking for an excuse to do wrong.
